Privacy Policy
This page explains what WellPath Fusion collects, why, and what you can do about it. We keep the list short on purpose: we only collect what the site actually needs to run and improve.

What we collect
There are only three ways we receive information from you:
- Your email address — only if you choose to subscribe to the newsletter. That is the single piece of personal data we store about you, and we store nothing else alongside it.
- Anonymous usage statistics — our built-in analytics counts page views and records general details such as country, browser, device type, and the site you arrived from. It uses no cookies, does not track you across sites, and cannot identify you.
- Google Analytics data, only if you accept cookies — we use Google Tag Manager to load analytics tags. These set cookies and share usage data with Google. They stay switched off until you accept.
We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising profiles on you, and we do not ask you to create an account to read anything.
Why we are allowed to hold it
If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, our legal bases are straightforward. We rely on your consent for the newsletter and for analytics cookies, which is why both are opt-in and reversible. We rely on legitimate interest for the anonymous, cookieless statistics that tell us whether the site works, because they cannot identify anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, after which it is removed from our list. Analytics data is retained in aggregate and is not tied to you personally.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw consent whenever you like. Because the only personal data we store is an email address, most requests are quick to resolve.
Email hello@wellpathfusion.com and we will handle it within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and are unhappy with our response, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
This site is written for adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has subscribed, contact us and we will remove the address.
A note on the content itself
Everything we publish is educational. It is not medical advice and not a substitute for care from a professional who knows your situation. You can read more about how we work on our About page.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes that require your consent will be asked for again rather than assumed.
