What do the adductors do?
The adductors are a group of muscles on the inside of the thigh. They pull the legs together and help steady the hips and knees when you change direction, step sideways or stand on one leg.
How do you train your inner thighs?
Wide-stance squats work the adductors along with the quads and glutes. Side-lying leg lifts and Copenhagen planks target them more directly. Start with the easier versions, because the adductors are often less trained than the muscles around them.
